Other cities are pitches. The Loop is operations — stations, dwell times, and whether tunnels can eat convention traffic.
Score expansion on opened stations and peak throughput, not on renderings of other metros.
A new city MOU is a headline. A new Vegas station is a data point. Dirt has a calendar that does not care about software trains.
